Bio

Yahia Ali Maklad has over 18 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development, with diverse exposure to various industries including Banking, Construction, Sales & Distribution, the Governmental sector, and Consulting. He commenced his career in banking and corporates in 2004, initially concentrating on the effectiveness of training workshops within such organizations. Over time, he transitioned to managing multiple markets with different cultural backgrounds. His primary focus lies in enhancing overall organizational performance by evaluating all factors associated with human performance to pinpoint the variance between desired and actual performance. Subsequently, he proposes pragmatic solutions to bridge this gap, utilizing the methodology of the ATD Human Performance Improvement Model.
