- A former Iraqi diplomat who worked at the Iraqi Foreign Ministry since 1993 and served in its diplomatic missions abroad. - Consultant and Diplomatic Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Malaysia 2011-2004. - Found the State Protocol and Diplomatic Protocol Program, the first specialized program in the Gulf region and the Middle East, and introduced a training program in its branches aimed at building the specialized protocol capacity within the framework of State policy in cultural diplomacy. - Provides multiple training programs in the fields of diplomacy, protocol, international relations, and cultural diversity.
