How do I join Al Jazeera Media Institute’s courses?

After determining the course that the trainee wishes to enroll in, and making sure that he / she meets his / her admission requirements/prerequisites, the trainee must complete the application for the course available on the Center's website. A letter will be sent to his e-mail if accepted in the course, to complete the procedures for admission to the course by paying fees.

Upon payment of the course fee, the trainee must send a letter to the institute stating that he has a copy of the passport in order for the institute to obtain a visa to Qatar. The visa will be sent to him by e-mail to join the course on time.

 

Does Al Jazeera Media Institute accept all applicants to participate in its training courses?

Candidates applying for training at Al Jazeera Media Institute need to pass admission requirements that vary from a course to another. Some courses require academic certification or professional proven experience for non-media professionals. Courses such as the "TV Technical Design Course" require familiarity with some design programs such as Photoshop.

 

What are the work timings of Al Jazeera Media Institute?

The Al Jazeera Media Institute operates from Sunday to Thursday, and the training day starts from 9am to 4pm. With two breaks, half an hour for breakfast from 10:30 to 11:00, and half an hour for Al-Dhuhr prayer from 12:00 to 12:30 pm.

Al Jazeera Media Institute offers trainees certificates at the end of each training course, provided that 75% of the course's attendance is made and obtaining a minimum of 65% of the assessment by the trainer.
